Celso Cursino is a Brazilian civil engineer who graduated from the São Paulo University - EPUSP, with a master's degree from the Federal University of Uberlândia. He is a Professor of Engineering and a judicial expert in Property Condition Assessment (PCA), a field in which inferential multivariate statistics is widely used. He had contact with the criticism and dissatisfaction of researchers with results obtained from Pearson's Correlation Coefficient since his master's thesis in 2002. He hopes that his findings will be of some use to the scientific community.
